The Bill regulates the procedure of early termination of authorities of the members of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting, in case no-confidence was expressed to it.
Pursuant to the Law, "on the grounds of the report of the National Council, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and\or the President of Ukraine can express no-confidence to the National Council. Expression of no-confidence to the National Council by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine results in early termination of the authorities of the members of the National Council appointed by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Expression of no-confidence to the National Council by the President of Ukraine results in early termination of the authorities of the members of the National Council appointed by the President of Ukraine".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 3312.
